Mimmo Lusi
Partner
Mimmo is the founding partner of Lusi & Company, a leading accounting firm which began in 1993. He has a wealth of expertise and knowledge in business enterprises gained from his life dedicated to the accounting industry. He specialises predominantly in strategy, tax and advisory services to businesses and high net wealth individuals to deliver personalised client solutions.
As a leader, Mimmo focuses on building strong, trusted relationships with clients and empowering his team to deliver high-quality results.
Outside of work Mimmo enjoys outdoor activities such as swimming, walking, gardening and spending time with his family and friends over a long lunch or dinner.
Michael Eliades CPA
Partner
Michael is a Certified Practising Accountant with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting. He has been a valued member of Lusi & Company since April 2001 when he first started as a graduate accountant. He brings extensive expertise in property transactions, particularly in areas such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT), offering strategic insights to help clients navigate complex tax matters effectively.
Michael actively contributes to his community as the Vice President of the Beverley Hills Football Club, demonstrating his leadership and commitment beyond the professional sphere. An avid supporter of the Essendon Football Club, he enjoys following the game closely and connecting with fellow fans.
Gary Tranotis CPA
Partner
Gary is a Certified Practicing Accountant with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting. He has a wealth of experience and understanding in business services gained from the industry since 2007 when he first started his career. He specialises in business advisory services as well as SMSF’s. He prides himself on delivering personalised services to his clients and building strong client relationships. Gary plays a key leadership role in shaping the firm's strategy and mentoring the next generation of accountants.
Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching movies and following his favourite sports teams in AFL, soccer and formula 1.
Sam Labanca CPA
Partner
Sam is a Certified Practising Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting. He has been an integral team member of Lusi & Company since February 2016. Sams expertise involves accounting, tax strategy, SMSF’s, business advisory services and complex property transactions. With a deep commitment to providing personalised solutions, he works closely with clients to help them navigate complex financial challenges and achieve long-term success. His approach combines technical proficiency with a strong understanding of each client's unique needs, ensuring that they receive tailored advice that drives growth and efficiency. Sam is committed to delivering exceptional client service and is dedicated to helping his clients achieve success.
Outside of work Sam enjoys going to the gym, playing golf, gardening and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Accountant Nick is a Certified Practicing Accountant who began working with Lusi & Company in 2018 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in accounting and marketing. Nick is passionate about providing the best possible accounting, tax and business solutions to all clients. Outside of work, Nick enjoys playing football at his local club, golf and spending time with family and friends. Advisory Services Domenic is a specialised accountant in the advisory space of Lusi & Company. Bringing years of expertise in financial management, strategic planning and business advisory services. As part of the advisory team, Domenic works closely with clients to analyse their financial operations, streamline processes, and implement effective strategies for tax planning, risk management, and profitability enhancement. Whether advising on budgeting, financial forecasting, or organizational restructuring, he focuses on delivering customised solutions that align with each client’s unique business goals. When not servicing his clients, Domenic can be found spending time with his family and following the Collingwood Football Club.

Ivanka started her accounting career in Bulgaria and transitioned to Australia continuing her work as an accountant. She enjoys resolving business problems and providing building and planning business strategies for small to medium businesses.
Victoria Gatip
Victoria joined our firm in 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Accounting. She is currently studying to become a chartered accountant (CA).
Rena Shen CPA
Rena is a dedicated accountant who has extensive accounting and bookkeeping experience. She is working closely with the team where she specialises in tax preparation and consulting.
Rena graduated from Deakin University with a degree in accounting and finance, and certificate IV of bookkeeping.
Rena is passionate about helping clients navigate financial landscapes to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Rena is actively involved in her local church, where she volunteers as a treasurer and contributes to community outreach programs. Her faith plays a significant role in her life, guiding her professionalism and commitment to serving others.
Linh Nguyen
Linh recently joined our firm in 2024 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business majoring in Accounting. Linh has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience from previous accounting and business services firms where she also specialised in self-managed superannuation funds.
Linh is keen to further develop her skills and knowledge in the accounting industry to help assist clients and provide support to them.
Outside of work, Linh enjoys exercising, trying new food, and learning new languages to become polylingual.
Valentina Selenska
Valentina is a valuable member of the team and enjoys the challenge of bookkeeping and accounting services. She attended RMIT University where she completed Master of Professional Accounting. Valentina dedicated the past seven years to handling different clients doing bookkeeping and taxation. She has a good exposure in using different accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, and Xero).

Myriam Cairncross
Client Relationship Manager
Myriam joined Lusi and Company in 2005 and has since been an integral person to this company.
Apart from a wealth of knowledge Myriam has acquired over the years, Myriam’s role involves the prompt and efficient coordination of client workflow, collation of tax returns and liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients where necessary.
During her spare time, Myriam enjoys watching movies and socializing with family and friends.

Cathy greets our clients as front of office receptionist and has been in the accounting industry for 20 years. Cathy enjoys working in office administration and will gladly assist clients with their queries.
Eleanor Sear
Administration/Reception
Eleanor is the welcoming face of our firm, bringing a warm and professional presence to every client interaction. Eleanor is organized, detail-oriented, and plays a key role in supporting our administrative team to keep the office running smoothly. Her background includes diverse roles in various fields of forensic science, analytical chemistry in Pharmaceuticals and was a licenced estate agent. Eleanor brings a multitude of life skills to Lusi & Company and fostering relationships with clients in her role. Mother of three incredible sons!

Gabriella enjoys her administrative role within the firm which includes attending to ASIC and corporate compliance requirements for our many clients.
